Lamar Simmons, the founder of Simmons' Natural Blends has devoted the last 8 years of his life to raise a more health conscious community. Through his personal training business, nutrition guidance and informative health lectures in the community, he has been able to touch many lives through his enlightenment on health.
Lamar’s dreams were cut short in 2013, when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer at the age of 24. While hospitalized and undergoing 3 years of chemotherapy and 2 bone marrow transplants, blood transfusions , Lamar chose to further his knowledge in health, nutrition guidance and healthy lifestyle choices.
When Lamar reached remission, he wanted to help and teach those suffering from preventable illnesses , those making unhealthy choices due to lack of knowledge or miseducation take control of their health!
